Becky
ABO Certified Optician / Optometric Technician
Lab Coordinator
Becky was born and raised in Leavenworth and attended Emporia State University. At the same time, she started as an optometric intern, fell in love with eye care, and ended up staying in the optical industry ever since! She enjoys working in the optical lab and helping patients find their perfect pair of eyewear.
In 2019, Becky became a certified optician with the American Board of Opticianry. This professional certification requires maintaining up-to-date skills and knowledge to ensure your eyewear needs are met with a very high level of competence.
Outside of work, Becky enjoys refurbishing old furniture along with spending time with her pets and friends. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, traveling, and anything outdoors.
Cristi
Optometric Technician / Optician
Practice Administrator
With over 15 years of experience in optometry (10 of those with us!), Cristi brings an eye for style and a passion for helping others to Highpoint Family Vision. She has created a patient experience that is top notch from start to finish.
Cristi grew up in Missouri and has a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Missouri State University. She has been married to her husband Ryan for over 30 years and they have two sons, Grant and Griffin. Griffin attends K-State and Grant is currently studying to be an optometrist keeping a love of eye care in the family!
Cristi enjoys swimming, reading and traveling. Her favorite teams are the Missouri State Bears, K-State Wildcats and the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals.
Aliza
Optometric Technician / Optician
Aliza is from Saint Louis, MO and a recent graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia (M-I-Z!) with a Bachelor of Science in Biology emphasis in Medical Sciences and Human Biology along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She loves helping others see and feel their best and hopes to pursue her education further in Optometry.
She lives with her best friend Ellie and Ellie’s dog Bentley. Outside of the office, she loves taking care of her plants and spending time with friends and family.
Lensi
Optometric Technician / Optician
Lensi grew up in South East Kansas and attended Pittsburg State University where she received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees.
She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages with their eye care and eyewear needs. Lensi has over 15 years in customer service and works hard to ensure a seamless experience for our patients. She is family-oriented, a movie buff, and an avid traveler always seeking new adventures.
Hannah
Optometric Technician / Optician
Hannah grew up as part of a military family eventually settling down in Lansing, KS. Her journey in higher education led her to Kansas State University, where she graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, focusing on human health. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, she began her professional career the same year as an optometric technician. In this role Hannah discovered her passion for eyecare, finding fulfillment in helping people see the world more clearly.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Hannah treasures spending quality time with her family and friends. A lover of exploration and the great outdoors, she finds joy in traveling to new places and immersing herself in nature.
Noor
Optometric Technician
Noor is from Overland Park, KS and a recent graduate from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Being very fond of the medical field, Noor is currently in the process of applying to optometry/grad schools. She hopes to continue playing a part in patient care and helping out in the community.
In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, trying out new foods, and traveling!
Thao
Optometric Technician
Thao is from Kansas City and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She plans to continue her education in Optometry at the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry. As a future optometrist, Thao is passionate about eye care. She provides excellent care and strives to leave a positive impact on the people around her.
Outside of work and school, she enjoys delving into her musical interests and loves spending time with friends and family.
